Acceptance of general conditions of sale

 
The contract between Lexter Italy srl and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by Lexter Italy srl This acceptance is automatic, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer.
 
Placing an order in the manner provided, you represent that you have read all information provided to him during the purchase procedure and accept the general conditions and payment below.

How to Buy

Returns
 
A return request is made from the special section made from the site accessoriabarre.co.uk who reserves the right to accept or reject the request and to apply a handling fee. Otherwise, it will be announced the rejection of the request.
 
General conditions of return
 
1. You can return the material only as a Customer Service has created a valid RMA number.

3. The refund is only allowed for materials purchased by accessoriabarre.co.uk. The checks are made on the basis of the serial, and according to the number and date of invoice.
 
4. The purchased goods must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories). All units must be made as described in the RMA conditions.
 
5. You're not allowed to write directly on the original package; RMA number must be indicated on DDT in order to view it without opening the neck.
 
6. The products will be rejected if:
 
- The material is made with missing components.
- The reason for the return does not correspond to what had been stated
- The product received is damaged in any way
- The RMA number is invalid or not visible.
- It is a product declared DOA (Dead On Arrival) and after various tests works perfectly
- The product is received after 10 days from the RMA creation date
- The material is made with the original packaging and / or package

7. Lexter Italy does not accept any made of printheads, media, software or services.

Reasons made

- Lexter Italy will attempt to collect goods only once. If the customer is not present at the time of the withdrawal, it will send the goods at his own expense.
 
3. Products damaged at delivery by Lexter Italy
 
- Damage on deliveries must be reported to Customer Service within 5 days of the invoice date. The damage must be reported immediately to the carrier when the goods are received (Signature with damaged mention). Photos of the damaged package should be sent to Lexter Italy: the packing must not be thrown.
 
4. Ordering error by the customer
 
- Any request made to mistakenly ordered material, must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.
- Lexter Italy has the choice to accept or refuse the creation of the RMA number for returning the goods if the customer placed a wrong order
- Lexter Italy reserves the right to charge the customer a fee for the return of 15% of the product value, for a minimum of 40 €.
